Charisma Cardz DT - Bling & Sparkles

Morning Folks!! Hope you've all had a good week so far! Well it's Thursday again so that means a brand new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and this week the lovely Sally has chosen our theme of "Bling and Sparkles", just up my alley lol! We have the fabulous Make it Crafty as our sponsor this week and I'm using their whimsical log digi stamp coupled with one of my darling Tildas. I had such fun colouring this image and setting the scene. I've also used a butterfly by Magnolia and drowned it in stickles hehe, just stuck the body down so that the wings pop. The flowers I've added are from Papirloftet and the pearls are from my stash.
I have coloured everything in with my Copics and used loads of stickles for the added bling. I will be entering my card into Make it Colourful's challenge as this week they are focusing on colouring backgrounds. I'll also be entering this card into the following challenges :
Do it with Digis - Use a digi background with a Tilda / Edwin
Dutch Magnolia Lovers - Anything goes

Polka doodles - Stashbox stamps - The spring has sprung

Stamp Something - Spring Somethings

Top Tip Tuesday - Inspired by nature

Charisma Cardz DT - Birthday for a teen

Happy Thursday morning folks! Well here I am with a brand new challenge card for Charisma. This week the lovely Julia has chosen the theme of Birthday for a teen" which was exactly what I needed as my son will be turning 13 on Friday so I used this opportunity to make his card hehe. I have used one of the brand new images available from Bizzy Becs Blue Butterfly stamps range. His name is Cody, don't you think he's adorable?

I have coloured the muddy little guy in with Copics. The dps are DCWV "All about Boys" stack. The word DIRTY is a rub on as is the sentiment BOYS WILL BE BOYS. I cut out the stars that the 13 is on and popped them onto some foam pads. The Happy Birthday is also on foam pads and the Raffia lace is from my stash. It was white so I coloured it in with my Copics too. I'll be entering my card into the following challenges :

Another Maggie woohoo!!!!

Evening All!! Hope you've all had a good week so far! The weather has been absolutely fantastic here in the UK, spring has definately sprung hehe!! Had another play today with another one of the new Maggies, aren't they just gorgeous?! Everytime they bring out new collections they just keep getting better but I still luv all my Maggies. The dps I have used are DCWV and I just lurve this colour combo! Of course I had to use my doohickey dies again rofl, the swirl and flower. The paper doily behind Tilda is from Joanna Sheen and the blooms from Wild Orchid Crafts, as if I need to tell you that hehe.

Tilda has been coloured in with Copics and the additional butterfly is from the Fairytale collection which I stamped, coloured and cut out. I only glued its body down so that the wings pop and it looks like it's actually gonna fly off the card. I've also used an overkill of stickles, how could I not make this gorgeous gal sparkle?! I decided to have a play last night with one of my much loved Sugar Nellies and I came up with this card following the sketch over at The Sugar Bowl. They always have such awesome prizes up for grabs so I thought I would take a chance and enter. The dps I have used are by Dovecraft called "Sugar and Spice" and I think they're perfect spring colours. I'm not too sure about this card but hey ho it's done and I'm not wasting it hehe.

I have coloured "Party Frills" in with my Copics and added a touch of stardust stickles to her frock. The sentiment is a rub on and the blooms are as always from Wild Orchid Crafts. I have again used my much loved doohickey swirl and leaves and all the pearls are from my darling friend Paola again, thanks Doll!

Spring time with my darling Maggies!!!

Good Morning!!! Had another chance to play yesterday, or should I say I made the time to play with my much loved Maggies hehe! Thought I would do something a little different which I've actually been wanting to do for a while now and that is to create a little scene and use more than one image.
I've used two Tilda's from the Spring Stamp Club Kit and the tree stump is by CC designs. The dp I have used is a Magnolia one and the border around the image I created with a "Tilda Lace" doohickey. The swirl is also a doohickey die as are the leaves. The ribbon is from my stash.

As per usual I have coloured my image in with Copics and created the sky with some shimmer chalk and a home made template for the clouds. For the bunny's tail, the lamb's hair and the grass I used flowersoft for extra dimension and on the trims of Tilda's top and trousers I used stickles. On the ribbons hanging from the lamb I used glamour dust. I will be entering my card into the following challenges :
Magnolia Down Under - TWO (I've used two Magnolia images)
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Die Cut Challenge
Sir Stampalot - Spring is in the air
Totally Tilda - Tilda with chipboard (my swirl is cut out of chipboard)
Wild Orchid - Dying to punch it out
Thanks for stopping by. Will be back real soon with another creation. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxxx

I grabbed a very rare opportunity last night to have a play with my much loved Maggies woohooo. As you know they are my favourite images in the whole wide world rofl!!! The swirl is a doohickey die and the doily is from my stash as is the ribbon and button. The butterflies are by Prima and the blooms are a combination of Wild Orchid Crafts and Papirloftet.
